2. The output and accuracy of a vibrating screen are often in opposition. When using vibrating screen equipment, customers must consider both the output and the screening accuracy of the equipment, and balancing the relationship between the two is often a challenge. To achieve both output and accuracy under the same conditions, multi-deck vibrating screening can be adopted to improve both screening output and accuracy.
3. Mesh blinding during the screening process directly reduces the output of vibrating screen equipment. Therefore, to reduce the blinding rate of the vibrating screen, consider adding more bouncing balls to clean the screen mesh or installing an ultrasonic device.
